Finding your “What’s”

Have you ever asked yourself what ignites your flame? What gets you excited and makes your heart beat faster? ( no not that!!) What do you look forward to every week or everyday? Does it change? Why is it that specific thing? Sometimes we lose sight of our “why’s” but also our “what’s”. Remembering what brought us to where we are and what will keep us going? So, what’s your “what”? Is it coming home to your dream house and that sense of accomplishment while you’re sipping tea by the pool? Is it rock climbing up the hardest mountain and the journey leading up to it? Maybe it’s every Friday you go see a movie and you know that tub of popcorn is just waiting for you! What’s are so good too. Don’t deprive yourself of them. Enjoy them! Live in the moment and love them with the ones you love! These don’t have to be considered selfish things so don’t make them. Consider them your short term reward. Take a night to write down your “why’s” and then write down your “what’s” to motivate you to keep pushing. To keep loving your Why. A few of mine are sitting down and watching a movie with some yummy treats, Long, romantic walks down target and thrifting! I hope you do this and remember it constantly to take out some time for you and what you love! Happy Friday Eve y’all!
