Merry Christmas everyone! I can't believe I'm actually saying that right now. Where has time gone? This year has been gone by in a blink of an eye, seriously. I can't believe it's gonna be 2017 in just a week and a half! In the beginning of 2016 I just had a feeling it was gonna be a great year, lots of good things to happen! Well with good things there also comes some bad things and that's with everything of course but boy has there been a lot of good, sweet moments.
Oh and an update on Florida..I am still adjusting to life here. It has definitely gotten easier. Does it feel like Christmas? No. I miss my snow so much ( not the bitter cold though I'm glad I'm missing that -4 degrees!). But I do miss the chilliness (is that even a word?) of the air where you just wanna be inside and drink hot chocolate and watch Elf and bake cookies all day! Or go shopping and rush back to the car because it's so cold. That's all part of Christmas to me,I love the feeling of it all and being close to my friends and gift giving!! I neeed it!!
I do have Christmas cookies here though. My mom is here and we're baking cookies so that's sweet and we keep my grandmas cookie tradition alive. We're also gonna go have Christmas at my oldest brothers house for the first time in a different state! So excited to experience that with them.
I went to get my nails done yesterday and I was talking to the guy who was doing my nails and he told me that he has never seen snow. I was like "whaaat? How?". He went on and told me he's always seen it in movies and shows but he's never actually seen it or felt it and that he hopes to one day. It made me think of how that's how I felt with the ocean! I've always wanted to go see the ocean and I finally did! And now look,I'm living 10 min away from it! Everyone needs to experience something different at least once!
Tony and I have been going to see new things a lot too, going to my brothers house,we went to Orlando the other day too. We go to the beach to just walk around a little bit every other night, we just always find things to do. So,as I said,I'm still getting use to everything but it's definitely getting easier thanks to encouraging people like you guys! I'm so thankful for this year and all the lessons I've learned. I hope everyone has an amazing Christmas and a Happy New Year! Remember Jesus is the reason for the season!❤️ #lanzoneadventure
